Group One performer Chambord has suffered another setback.
"He's gone to the spelling paddock – he's a bit crook behind, but he'll come back next season," co-trainer Stephen Autridge said.
The career of the son of Zabeel, who was runner-up in the New Zealand 2000 Guineas of his year, has been dogged by injury.
The multiple stakes placegetter has won two races and was most recently fourth in last month's Listed Anzac Mile at Awapuni.
