Rory Hutchings is looking a good bet to add the Sydney apprentices' title to the three junior premierships he won in New Zealand.
The 21-year-old rode a winning double at Rosehill on Saturday for his employer Chris Waller to take his season's tally to 27, with reigning premier apprentice Winona Costin on 16 and Samantha Clenton and Andrew Adkins on 14.
"I've still got three or four weeks until I'm out of my time so hopefully I can build on the total and keep the momentum going," Hutchings said.
