Spell for Snapshot

Snapshot has gone for a break after furthering his record this preparation to six wins from nine appearances.

Patiently handled, the five-year-old was turned out after he was unplaced, but less than four lengths from the winner, in the Gr.1 Easter Stakes at Ellerslie.

"Things didn't go to plan, but it was still a good run under the circumstances," trainer Graham Richardson said.
