Group One winning Australian sprinter Shamexpress (O'Reilly) was represented by one first crop foal in the 2016 Inglis Weanling Sale in Sydney and it was knocked down to the bid of international bloodstock agent Michael Wallace for A$120,000.
The bay colt is the first foal from the stakes placed Danzero racemare Beyond Desire and is also the first foal to be offered by Shamexpress, who, like champion sires Exceed And Excel and General Nediym, won the 1200m Gr.1 VRC Newmarket Handicap at Flemington as a three-year-old.
Shamexpress has six weanlings catalogued for sale at the 2016 New Zealand Bloodstock National Weanling, Broodmare & Mixed Bloodstock Sale at Karaka, May 9-11.
