Ace jockey Opie Bosson will shoot for stakes success at Hastings on Saturday before flying out to begin his first stint in Hong Kong next week.
Bosson has ridden regularly in Australia over the past two months, gaining Group One success aboard Turn Me Loose in the Futurity Stakes in Melbourne and will make one final appearance in New Zealand this weekend.
He teams up with the Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman-trained last-start Te Aroha Cup winner Saint Emilion in the Listed Fasttrackinsurance Hawke's Bay Gold Cup and with last-start Listed Lightning Stakes winner Passing Shot in the Listed NZB Finance Sprint for trainer Stephen McKee.
Bosson's other rides are Private Hero, Shot In The Dark, Way In, Karavali and Kittykittybangbang.
