Corey Brown has answered the call to ride New Zealand lightweight hope Volkstok'n'barrell in Saturday's $A3 million Gr.1 Doncaster Handicap.
The Donna Logan and Chris Gibbs-trained four-year-old has won the Gr.1 Haunui Farm WFA Classic and the Gr.1 New Zealand Stakes at his last two starts and he will drop to 52.5kg in the Randwick mile.
Brown will replace the suspended Craig Williams on Volkstok'n'barrell.
Meanwhile, Blake Shinn has been booked to ride What's The Story for Stephen McKee and Eddie Chippendale in the $A2 million Gr.1 Australian Derby.
