Lisa Latta has lost one of her leading juveniles, but she is still in the hunt for both of the country's Group One two-year-old prizes.

The Awapuni trainer produced Showmeyamoneyhoney to place in her first three starts before she finished runner-up to the unbeaten Xiong Feng in the Listed Karaka Million, after which a major Australian player secured the daughter of Showcasing.

"She's a good filly whose been sold and she's gone to Perth," Latta said.

Showmeyamoneyhoney has been purchased by West Australia's biggest owner Bob Peters, whose most recent Group One stars include the now retired Delicacy and Perfect Reflection, who has joined Darren Weir's stable following her success in the Kingston Town Classic last December.

Peters' previous New Zealand acquisitions include Dezzies Dream, bought following her third placing in the Gr.1 NZ 1000 Guineas, and the unbeaten southern three-year-old Presentatie.

Latta's domestic hopes now rest with the last-start winner Platinum Diva and Just You.

"Platinum Diva had a couple of weeks off to freshen up and she will head to Ellerslie for the Diamond Stakes," Latta said.

She is owned by Lincoln Farms and Neville McAlister, who also race stablemate and recent winner Platinum Balos, third behind Vespa in the 2014 Auckland feature.

Platinum Diva finished fourth at Trentham in her first appearance before she opened her account at Tauherenikau earlier this month.

Just You won at Otaki three runs back and he has since run fourth in both the Gr.2 Wakefield Challenge Stakes and the Gr.3 Phoenix Park 2YO Classic at New Plymouth.

"That was a nice enough run the other day and he may run in the Diamond or we'll get him ready for the Sires' Produce at Awapuni," Latta said "Being by Pour Moi, the 1400 metres here will really suit him." Latta said. – NZ Racing Desk.
