Melbourne is the more likely venue for Let Her Rip to cut loose on Saturday.
Trainer Shaune Ritchie has also nominated the three-year-old for a race at Randwick, but he is keener on the Caulfield option.
"The Angus Armanasco Stakes looks a little more attractive than the Surround Stakes with a lot of very good fillies in Sydney so I'm leaning that way and Opie Bosson has been booked for the ride," he said.
"While her first-up form is impeccable, she is much stronger this time around and I would expect her to hold her form.
"There are plenty of options for her if she performs well on Saturday. There are races in Melbourne and Sydney or we could bring her home for the Te Aroha Breeders' Stakes."
Let Her Rip, who races in the same colours as the multiple Group One winner Turn Me Loose, has won two of her six starts and hasn't raced since she finished fifth in the Gr.1 NZ 1000 Guineas at Riccarton.
A second trip across the Tasman is also a possibility for her stablemate Snow Secret, another lightly-tried mare who returns to work this week after time off following her fourth placing in the Gr.2 Wellington Cup.
"She'll have a quiet barrier trial next month and the race we're looking at for her is the Hawke's Bay Cup," Ritchie said.
"If she goes well at Hastings then we will consider taking her to Melbourne for the two mile Andrew Ramsden Stakes. She proved at Trentham that she can run that trip."
She has won three of her 11 starts and last season she weighed in at Caulfield in an age group handicap before again finishing fifth in the Gr.3 South Australian Classic at Morphettville. – NZ Racing Desk.
