Mongolian Khan's regular jockey continues to give trainers Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman encouraging reports on the Gr.1 Caulfield Cup winner's progress.
"Opie Bosson has come down and ridden him and he says he's the same old horse," Baker said. "We're very happy with him and he's back to his original weight, he's blooming."
Laid low by a colic attack after Caulfield, Mongolian Khan's resuming race has yet to be confirmed with the picture to become clearer after he trials next week.
