Rose Of Virginia has come through her latest victory in top order and will press ahead to the feature staying events.
The Karaka Stayers' Cup credited her with the sixth win of her career and came off the back of her third placing in the Gr.3 City of Auckland Cup.
"She'll run in the Avondale Cup and the on to the Auckland Cup," Matamata trainer Lance Noble said.
