| 1st | XIONG FENG | Danielle Johnson | It was a really super effort by him today. He jumped out well and travelled nice through the whole race. He gorked a little at the top of the straight but to his credit he fought hard. |
| 2nd | SHOWMEYAMONEYHONEY | Darryl Bradley | It was an enormous run from this filly. We got a good run in transit, she jumped well from the gates. The last 150m she gave me such a big effort, she gave me 150%. I thought I could pick them up but it was a game second. |
| 3rd | KINGSMAN | Mark Du Plessis | The draw just beat us. |
| 4th | CAORUNN | Blake Shinn | He ended up having a good run in behind the speed, he got out and tried hard. He is a nice horse going forward. |
| 5th | WHAT CHOUX WANT | Stephen Baster | She ran ok, no excuses really. |
| 6th | SACRED ELIXIR | Leith Innes | It was a really good run, he was feeling the track and it's pretty hard out there. But as a 3yo he'll win them in a row. |
| 7th | O'REILLY CYRUS | Damian Browne | She over-raced a little and just didn't finish off that well. She will be better next preparation. |
| 8th | TENNESSEE | Sam Spratt | She got stuck a little bit wide and was a little erratic in the running, she got on the wrong leg a bit. She fought on well but I think a break mentally and physically will help her. |
| 9th | GLASS SLIPPER | Michael Coleman | It was a nice run. We had to get back a bit far from the gate. |
| 10th | MANOLO BLAHNIQ | Matt Cameron | He was very disappointing. He had the nice run outside the leader and eventual winner. My horse had every chance but he just felt flat the last 400m. We know how good he is and he'll bounce back. |
| 11th | NOVA SWISS | Sam Collett | It was a game run considering we jumped well and got caught 3 wide on the speed. He just got a little lost on the corner when they quickened but he'll make a nice 3yo. |
| 12th | THE SOULTAKER | Opie Bosson | He just never really got in the race. He was laying out all the way and just didn't let go. |
| 13th | MAJESTIC CHAMPION | Cameron Lammas | He was run off his feet early.We got into a nice position and just couldn't keep up - probably looking for a spell now. |
