Million hope to gallop
The Soultaker will further his preparation for the Listed Karaka Million with an exhibition gallop at Ruakaka on Tuesday.
The Listed Murdoch Newell Stakes winner has bounced back strongly after an elevated temperature prevented him running in the Gr.3 Eclipse Stakes.
"He's well and truly over that now and I'm very happy with him," co-trainer Donna Logan said.
Rising star Hasselhoof and Group One winner Volkstok'n'barrell, who is likely to resume in next month's Gr.1 NRM Sprint at Te Rapa, will also be paraded at Ruakaka.
Filly about to get serious
Serious Satire is progressing well toward a return to full time work at her Cambridge quarters.
"She's on the water walker and she'll be back in the stable on Monday week," trainer Stephen Marsh said.
Serious Satire won the Gr.3 Gold Trail Stakes in the spring and was spelled after she jarred up when unplaced in the Gr.2 James & Annie Sarten Memorial.

Stakes winning sprinter Silver Eclipse will make her next appearance in the Gr.1 JR & N Berkett Telegraph at Trentham later this month.
The five-year-old is a past winner on the course and missing the Gr.1 Railway Stakes due to the rain-affected ground won't affect her chances.
"She goes well on the fresh side and she loves the dog leg at Trentham," said Garry Cossey, racing manager to owner Sir Peter Vela.
