A course of hurdling sparked Delegate to further flat success at Avondale.
The Raise The Flag gelding placed in both of his jumping trials this winter ahead of his victory at the expense of his Rating 75 rivals in Wednesday’s West Brook Winery 2000m.
“He’s a really good jumper and we’ll probably mix it up a bit with him,” said Emma Clotworthy, who trains the five-year-old with husband Shaun.
