The Poormanzabeel is in good order for Avondale on Wednesday.
The son of Zed will go into the AJC Members’ 1360m off the back of a runaway maiden success at Te Awamutu at his fifth appearance.
“He’s improved with time and he’s working well,” trainer Catherine Cameron said.
“Amber Sims will ride him and the claim will help. She’s been riding a bit of work for us so she knows the horse pretty well.”
