Unraced colt Juddmonte is making a big money move overseas.
The Cape Blanco two-year-old won a trial at Cambridge last month to attract keen interest from Hong Kong.
“He’s been sold, the money was so good we had to sell, it was incredible,” said former trainer and part-owner Andrew Campbell.
The youngster was originally purchased out of Cambridge Stud’s 2017 Select Sale draft at Karaka for $30,000 and is a son of the Zabeel mare Tuesday’s Child.
The deal to take Juddmonte to the Hong Kong stable of Danny Shum was brokered by Patrick McCarten, of Tauranga.
