Exciting colt Ardossan is on target for a return to black type action.
The Redoute’s Choice colt, who was unbeaten in New Zealand, is expected to resume in the Gr.3 Bletchingly Stakes (1200m) at Caulfield on July 28.
Ardossan began his career with Cambridge trainer Stephen Marsh and won both of his starts, including success in the Listed Waikato Equine Veterinary Centre Stakes (1100m), before he transferred to Mick Price’s Caulfield stable.
He was unplaced in the Gr.2 Rubiton Stakes (1100m) in his only Australian appearance before a spell.
