Promising galloper South Fork is tipped to make his mark in good company.
“There’s a lot of upside to him,” trainer Jim Collett said. “He’s had a few issues and we’ve had to wait for him. He can make his way right through the grades if he stays sound.”
The Swiss Ace four-year-old won his first two starts before finishing fourth at his most recent appearance.
“I gave him a week off after that and he’ll go to a 1200m race next at Te Rapa,” Collett said.
