Final bids will be taken today in the current gavelhouse.com New Zealand auction which features 86 Lots and a runner up at Matamata on Thursday in Showcasing filly Ivy’s Dream.
Having raced three wide with no cover, it was a gutsy effort against the more seasoned Avant to bow out just 0.2L in arrears.
Trainer Glenn Old reports that she has pulled up well from the 1200m event “I haven’t done much with her since the race but she’s happy in herself and moving freely.”
Also on offer in the auction is the unreserved sire Rios on account of Waikato Stud, a stallion share in Reliable Man and Canyon Yodeler, an imported stakes performer in foal to Reliable Man.
