A leg injury has forced Cead Mile Failte out of Saturday’s Gr.1 Al Basti Equiworld Dubai New Zealand Oaks (2400m) at Trentham.
Prepared by Johno Benner and Hollie Wynyard, the Tavistock filly was an impressive winner over 2100m at Awapuni last time out.
Her trainers are now hoping to start Cead Mile Failte in the Gr.3 Higgins Manawatu Classic (2000m) at the end of the month.
