Damage to the Tauranga track caused by unusual climatic conditions have forced venue changes with Saturday’s meeting transferred to Rotorua.
The rail will be out 1.5m and the distances will now be 2200m, 1560m, 1400m, 1215m.
The Tauranga meeting on March 24, which includes the Gr.2 Windsor Park Stud Japan Trophy (1600m), will now be held at Matamata with the scheduled 2100m races to be run over 2000m.
This venue change has resulted in the trials set down for Matamata on March 20 transferring to Taupo.
