Princess Dillon is enjoying a quiet time after giving a bold account of herself at Trentham.
The two-time winner handled a sharp rise in class well to finish sixth in the Gr.3 Wellington Cup (3200m).
“She’s having a spell and she’ll be back for the winter,” trainer Joe Waldron said. “She handles the cut out of the track so hopefully she can get a bit of black type.”
