Four of New Zealand’s Group One races have been rated in the top 150 races in the world.
Released by the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities, in association with LONGINES, the Windsor Park Plate (1600m) and the New Zealand Derby (2400m) are ranked equal 109th with the Tarzino Trophy (1400m) sharing the 129th spot and the Livamol Classic (2040m) equal 149th.
The top-rated event is France’s Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (2400m).
