In-form filly Savvy Coup will continue her northern campaign at Ellerslie in the Karaka Million 3YO Classic (1600m).
Connections have elected to bypass this Saturday’s Metroclad-Terracade Desert Gold Stakes (1600m) at Trentham in preference to the northern feature a week later.
The Michael and Matthew Pitman-trained Savvy Coup won the Gr.3 Eulogy Stakes (1550m) before she finished third behind Age Of Fire in the Gr.1 Levin Classic (1600m).
Waikato Stud will offer Savvy Coup’s brother (Lot 190) at the Book 1 Sale at Karaka on January 28.
