Seraphim is in the right order to continue her hot run of form when she makes her open class debut in the Listed Gallagher Marton Cup (2100m) at Awapuni on Saturday.
“She’s been impressive in her last two wins and she gets in with a nice weight,” said Steven Ramsay, who trains the daughter of Rip Van Winkle and Ethereal with Julia Ritchie.
“She hasn’t run past a mile yet, but on her breeding she should.”
The Sir Peter Vela-raced Seraphim has posted back to back wins at Awapuni and Trentham and Danielle Johnson will continue her association with the mare on Saturday.
