Pacy filly One Bakerstreet will attempt to keep her stable’s run of three-year-old success going when she makes her debut at Ruakaka on Friday.
Trainers Bruce Wallace and Allan Peard have recently won races with Hezthewonforus, who is bound for Hong Kong, and their Gr.1 Vodafone New Zealand Derby (2400m) aspirant Secret Ambition.
One Bakerstreet has won both of her trials and she will make her first appearance in the Croft Poles (1200m).
“She’s very, very quick so it will be interesting to see how she goes,” Peard said.
