Moss 'N' Dale took out the AU$200,000 Listed Ladbrokes Sale Cup (1600m), on the back-up after placing in last week's Seymour Cup.
The Peter Gelagotis-trained galloper has now won 10 of his 21 starts, but his Sale success is his most lucrative after he rode the speed behind pacesetter Jungle Edge - and held out the fast-finishing, and wayward running, Fastnet Tempest.
The five-year-old son of Castledale, a homebred by owner Lenny Russo, took his career prizemoney north of $400,000 with the stakes success.
