New Zealand-bred four-year-old Volatile Mix is to continue his career in Hong Kong.
The son of Pentire made 11 appearances from Darren Weir’s stable and won three times from 1600 to 2500m, including the Gr.1 South Australian Derby (2500m) in the autumn.
Volatile Mix then finished runner-up in the Gr.3 Grand Prix Stakes (2200m) and hasn’t raced since he ran sixth in the Gr.1 Queensland Derby (2200m).
