Black type performer Dreams Of Platinum has posted a deserved first victory at Woodville.
The Lisa Latta-trained filly performed well during a busy juvenile season with six placings from eight starts, including a third in the Listed Wellesley Stakes, before success in Thursday’s Lowe Schollum & Jones 3YO for rider Lisa Allpress.
“It wasn’t the intention to lead, but that’s why you put Lisa on - she makes the right decisions,” stable representative Andy Rennie said. “It took bad luck out of the equation.”
