Rain may give Mime an edge

Andrew Forman finds it hard to split the stable’s runners in Saturday’s Group Two feature at Te Rapa with the weather likely to have the final say.

With Murray Baker, he will be represented by the resuming duo of Coldplay and Mime in the Lisa Chittick Foxbridge Plate.

Forsman said the 1200 metres is likely to be on the short side for the pair, but the wet track would be more in Mime’s favour.
