Michael Walker
Former champion New Zealand jockey Michael Walker will be back in action at Pakenham Park on Friday.
Walker, returned to trackwork last week following his recovery from separate back and hip surgeries.
“My body feels great and I'm ready to get back into riding. I rode in a jump-out last Friday and got through it really well,” the 33-year-old said.
Walker has two confirmed mounts, Itchicoo Park and Getemhel, for Flemington trainer Nigel Blackiston.
