Gold Fever will be chasing early black type honours in the new season.
“She’s matured and getting through a little bit of work,” said Stephen Autridge, who trains with Jamie Richards.
“She’s acting as if she’s grown up and after trialling on August 15 at Te Rapa, providing we’re happy enough, she’ll contest the early season fillies’ races over 1200 metres.”
Gold Fever has won three of her six starts, including the Gr.2 Matamata Breeders’ Stakes and she ran third in the Gr.1 Diamond Stakes.
