Paul Wilcox is the Auckland Racing Club's new chief executive officer.
He is currently a director of both New Zealand Bloodstock and Pencarrow Thoroughbreds, having held those positions since October, 2013.
ARC chairman Paul Kenny said Wilcox will bring a wealth of business experience to his new role.
"He brings with him both strong commercial expertise and industry knowledge and is coming into the organisation at a time of exciting growth."
Wilcox will commence duties at Auckland Racing Club on August 1.
