Joe Osborne has been confirmed as chief executive of Godolphin's global racing operation on a permanent basis.
He was acting in an interim role, replacing John Ferguson who resigned earlier this month after trainer Saeed bin Suroor publicly exposed tensions between his stable and that of Charlie Appleby.
"It is an honour to be entrusted with this role and I look forward to working with our global team to achieve racing and breeding success for Sheikh Mohammed and his family," Osborne said.
