Stakes winner Storming The Tower will make his first appearance in a new role later this month.
"We're looking at a maiden hurdle at Te Aroha on June 25," owner and trainer John Bell said.
The winner of seven races, including the Gr.3 Rotorua Cup, Storming The Tower won his latest hurdle trial at Cambridge on Monday.
"He hasn't had any pressure put on him yet, but he looks pretty smart," Bell said.
