Promising jumper Just Ishi has taken another winning step toward a crack at a prestige event.
The Ishiguru gelding was successful over the big fences for the second time in three starts when he was successful over 4000 metres at Trentham on Saturday.
"That was a very good effort. He'll go to the Hawke's Bay Steeplechase next," Awapuni trainer Gail Temperton said.
