A false start has forced a change of Queensland plans for the Windsor Park Stud-bound stallion Rageese.
The son of Street Cry was to have boarded a flight last night, but the plane remained grounded after an attempted hijacking forced a Malaysia Airlines flight bound for Kuala Lumpur to return to Melbourne shortly before midnight, temporarily shutting down runways and causing chaos for both inbound and outbound flights.
Rageese, who will contest the Gr.2 Moreton Cup ahead of Saturday week's Gr.1 Stradbroke Handicap, will now fly to Brisbane this evening.
