Black type performer Flamingo is enjoying a break with her breeder-owners Waikato Stud.
The Pins three-year-old was turned out after her run for third behind Sweet Leader in the Gr.3 Cambridge Breeders' Stakes at Te Rapa.
"She went to the paddock after that," said Emma Haworth, who trains the filly with her father David. "It's very exciting to have a horse like her."
Flamingo won both of her starts prior to her placing in the Te Rapa feature.
