Kensington's connections are looking forward to a successful campaign with the lightly-tried four-year-old, who resumes at Pukekohe Park on Friday.
"He's not a horse who has carried a lot of condition in the past, but as he's got older he's got a bit bulkier and he could just need a run," said Emma-Lee Browne, who trains with her husband David.
"In saying that though, he's flying in his work and he likes rain-affected tracks so there's a lot to look forward to this winter with him."
The winner of three of his 10 starts and unbeaten in heavy ground, Kensington will be ridden by Michael McNab in the Happy 65th Birthday Malcolm Wrigley Handicap.
