Euphoria will get her chance to atone for a below par performance at her last start when she makes her next appearance in Queensland.
The filly was unplaced in the Gr.3 Cambridge Breeders' Stakes, but trainer Rachael Frost is prepared to forgive the three-year-old daughter of Rip Van Winkle her Te Rapa failure.
"She wasn't that far off them, but I was still a little bit disappointed," she said.
"She got a bit fired up and she did draw wide, which didn't help. She pulled up well though so she's on her way."
Frost will set Euphoria a modest first-up task in Australia in the hope of an early strike.
"The first preference is to try and win a Wednesday race somewhere and that would then pay for the air fares," she said.
"It would also be good for the horse's confidence and after that there are quite a few options.
"Every week there are three-year-old or fillies and mares' races and hopefully she will end up in the Tatts Tiara. That might be a bit too ambitious, we'll wait and see what may happen."
The Gr.1 Tatts Tiara will be run at Eagle Farm on June 24.
Euphoria was a trial winner before she finished a creditable debut fourth in the Listed Wanganui Guineas in the spring.
She then won races at Tauherenikau and at Motukarara before an injury halted plans for a crack at the Gr.1 New Zealand 1000 Guineas.
"She went sore and once she got home the scintigraphy tests showed she had a stress fracture in a back leg," Frost said. – NZ Racing Desk.
