Shane Brown has predicted a bright future for his lightly-tried three-year-old Handfull.
The Woodville trainer produced the gelding to break his maiden four runs back and two placings followed a close-up seventh behind Charles Road in the Gr.3 Manawatu Classic.
"We gave him a crack at the better ones last start and he did a few things wrong and got his tongue over the bit and choked down," Brown said.
"He's having a break now and once he grows up I think he's going to make a really nice handicapper."
