Nikita will attempt to defend the stable's title in Saturday's Listed NZ Bloodstock Airfreight Stakes at Riccarton on Saturday.
"We won the race with No Pushover last year and this filly races in the same ownership," trainer Shaune Ritchie said.
"I believe she will handle the ground okay, based on her training at home, and the big track will suit her."
No Pushover went on to finish sixth in the Listed Warstep Stakes and, depending on her performance on Saturday, Nikita will also line up in the 2000 metre event on April 22.
