Cambridge juvenile Joyfilly booked a trip to the central districts for a Group One feature with her victory at Matamata on Wednesday.
"She had raced well here before and it's a nice stepping stone to the Sires' Produce," trainer Chris Wood said. "She's a really nice filly with the greatest attitude and she tries hard."
The Gr.1 Courtesy Ford Manawatu Sires' Produce Stakes will be run at Awapuni on April 1.
Joyfilly, runner-up in the Gr.2 Matamata Breeders' Stakes at her previous outing, raced in second spot to the turn before asserting her superiority under rider Mark Hills in the run home.
