It's a case of the wetter the better at Ellerslie on Saturday for the aptly-named Aquamosa in the Gr.1 Sistema Stakes.
"We only nominated her because of the forecast and if it got to a heavy track then she would get through the conditions," trainer Shaune Ritchie said.
Aquamosa ran third last time out in the Gr.3 Phoenix Park Classic on a Slow 8 track at New Plymouth.
Ritchie is also confident Let Her Rip's chances in the Gr.2 Westbury Classic won't be hampered by the conditions.
"She's by Rip Van Winkle, and they don't mind the wet, out of a Keeper mare so she should handle it," he said. "She's won two races on slow tracks as well."
