The future direction of Gingernuts' three-year-old season will be confirmed later this week.
Saturday's Gr.1 New Zealand Derby winner will be given his chance in Australia, but which state has yet to be decided.
"He'll be going to Brisbane or Sydney and we'll be having a team talk later this week and then making a decision," Te Akau principal David Ellis said.
"We'll be taking six or seven horses to Brisbane, including Splurge, Heroic Valour, Hall Of Fame and Zambezi Warrior and at least one two-year-old."
