Zacada's change of attitude hasn't come a minute too soon for the Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman stable.
The son of Zabeel has showed his true worth in recent starts and he will be chasing down a hat-trick of wins when he runs in the Aztech Signs 2100 at Tauranga on Friday.
"He's been a tough character from day one," Baker said. "We've always thought he was a pretty good horse and we took him to Australia as a three-year-old, but his brain wasn't in tune with his ability."
