Talented Taranaki galloper Ladies First is making good progress toward her return to racing in the New Year.
"She's in pre-training and she's strengthened up nicely," trainer Allan Sharrock said. "She'll be coming back to me in three or four weeks."
Ladies First has only been beaten once in four starts and she hasn't raced since she won on a Premier day on her home track in July.
