In-form mare Coldplay will make her next appearance at Ellerslie on New Year's Day.
The decision was made to wait for the Gr.2 Rich Hill Stud Mile on the second day of the carnival after she drew the outside gate in the Gr.1 Zabeel Classic on Boxing Day.
Trained at Cambridge by Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman, Coldplay has won the Gr.2 Cal Isuzu Stakes and the Gr.3 Eagle Technology Stakes at her last two starts.
