Allan Sharrock is looking forward to Kawi's return to weight-for-age racing in Saturday's $A1 million Gr.1 Kingston Town Classic at Ascot.
His Savabeel six-year-old finished sixth last time out in the Gr.1 Railway Stakes and he will meet the winner Scales Of Justice five kilos better off.
"He was always going to find it hard in the Railway giving away so much weight, but he still went really well," Sharrock said.
''He's got the conditions to suit and he's in great condition himself.''
