Whispering showed her quality at Otaki on Friday when she overcame testing conditions for the fourth win of her seven start career.
"She's not a wet tracker and it was just her sheer class," trainer Allan Sharrock said after the Darci Brahma mare's victory in the Remedy Espresso Bar Raumati Beach Premier.
"She's matured into a very, very good mare and she'll get a mile easily so the Anniversary and the Wairarapa Breeders' Stakes look good races for her."
