Lance Noble has eyes for a Group One classic with the promising filly Save The Date.
The Karaka-based horseman believes the daughter of Savabeel can develop into a genuine contender for top honours later in the season.
"I seriously think that she can be an Oaks filly," said Noble, following her maiden success at Avondale on Tuesday.
Raced by Brendan and Jo Lindsay, Save The Date was ridden by their retained jockey Leith Innes who had partnered the three-year-old to placings in both her previous appearances.
